Distribute Activity - Changing Access Levels

With access levels, you can easily control who can see and edit activities, and customize content for individual students, groups, the entire class and guardians. Access levels can be adjusted for both students and guardians. You can also:

• Schedule change of access levels, to activate or hide activities at specific times
• Create activities for special education, which will be hidden from other students
• Adjust settings for several students at once using bulk actions from overview
  

🟢 Active – The student can view and edit activities and write messages
🟡 Read-only – The student can see, but not edit activities or write messages
🔴 Hidden – The activity is not visible to the student

If you give guardians access to an activity, they will see their child's workspace, including messages and evaluations. Guardians do not have access to group chats.
