AI bots

Note: To use AI bots in Skooler GO an administrator must allow the use of AI and set up an AI subscription in Settings.

New bot

1. Give the bot a name
2. Write a description of the bot. This description will be visible to the users. Explain what your bot does.
3. Write the instructions, the prompt, that the bot will use to generate answers. The prompt can be changed later if needed.
4. Select which roles the bot should be available for. The bot can be available for all users or only for specific roles (exept parents).
5. Select which school(s) the bot should be available for.

Save your bot. You can edit all the bot's settings later if needed and add a picture. You can also delete the bot.

Active and inactive bots
A bot is only active and available to users if it is assigned to at least one user role and one school. Bots without any selected role or school will be inactive.

Skooler GO bots
Skooler GO provides some bots. These are locked and can not be edited or deleted. You can only change assigened roles and schools and you can see the instructions of the bots.

Student access control
Teachers can controll student access to bots.
