What is LTI-apps

Apps leverage LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability) technology to enable the integration of third-party learning tools. This means that teachers and students can access a variety of tools and resources directly within GO without additional logins, enhancing the learning experience and providing more opportunities for interactivity and engagement. LTI can only be set up by a user (for example, an organization or school) with a valid third-party license.

Users must allow third-party cookies in the browser to use LTI apps. This is because the user is automatically signed in to the third-party application in the background. For this reason, LTI apps will not work in incognito/private browser mode.
