About Apps
Apps make it possible to use external learning tools directly in Skooler GO. Using a standard called LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability), the school can connect to third-party tools so that teachers and students can access them without leaving the learning platform.
Why use apps?
Apps make it easier to gather teaching, learning resources, and activities in one place. Instead of opening multiple websites and logging into different solutions, users can access the tools directly from Skooler GO.
Benefits of apps:
- Easy access to learning tools
- Less time spent on logins
- More seamless workflows
- Better coherence between teaching and digital resources
- Reduced digital noise for students and teachers
What is required to use apps?
- The organization or school must have a valid license for the service in question, and the app must be configured by an administrator.
- The user must allow third-party cookies, as many apps automatically log-in the user in the background. For the same reason, LTI apps normally do not work in private or incognito mode.
