Seating chart

Randomly place students in the classroom based on a group size you choose, or place the students according to your preference. Drag and drop the students to change their placement manually. When the seating chart is saved, the students and their guardians can view the seating chart in class.

Subjects

Add one or more subjects to the class. The subject(s) you add can then be linked to the class's activities.

Default assessment type for activities

Assessment drafts always include a text field. If you would like assessment drafts in this class’s activities to also include an assessment type, you can configure it here. Choose from assessment types such as points, percentages, standard grading scales, or your organization's custom assessment types.

Assessment drafts are dynamic and can always be changed, regardless of the default setting.

Default assessment type for status

Just as with activities, you can configure a default assessment type in addition to the text field, for drafts in reviews in status for this class.

Tools

Configure which Skooler GO tools should be available for the class. Enabled tools are displayed in the left-hand menu. Disabled tools are hidden from the left-hand menu for the selected class. This allows you to tailor the learning experience by providing access to different tools for different classes.

If an administrator has disabled a tool for the organization or school, it will appear as disabled in the list, and it will not be possible to enable it for the class. Contact your administrator if you would like the tool to be enabled.

The Class tool cannot be disabled.
