AI suggestion

To support teachers in assessment work and help make the assessment process efficient and targeted, Status includes an integrated AI feature. AI Suggestion generates a summary of the student's competencies and areas for development based on assessments in Status for a selected period. The summary is only a suggestion; the teacher can choose to use it as is, adapt it, or discard it before sending.

How to use AI Suggestion

Click the AI bot in a review draft when you are on a student's page

• An administrator in the organization must have enabled AI use in settings.
• The student must have at least one previous assessment. These grades and comments are used to generate a suggestion.
• The text field must be empty before generation. After you receive the generated suggestion, you can edit it.
• Audio clips and attachments are not part of the data used for AI Suggestion.

Privacy and Security
Privacy is ensured. AI Suggestion only processes the text and grades from the previous assessments and the subject to which the assessments are linked. The data processed are not connected to any individual or user and are not used for training the language model.
